Church of the Valley elders are essential to our leadership and oversight. These men encourage and empower the family to discover more of who God has made them to be, mobilize in service and mission as they utilize their God-given gifts, and engage more people with the life-changing news of the gospel.

Church of the Valley also maintains an outside volunteer accountability board of three men to speak into our elder board and church life. Our elders rely on these men for insight and influence in matters of church governance, discipline, growth and more. We joyfully rely on their experience as ministers of the gospel, fathers, mentors and more.
